| Saturdays are reserved for weddings. Therefore, parties will only be booked for Saturdays 60 days prior to the event. Other days may be booked earlier. Damage Deposit $500. | |
The El Paso Desert Botanical Garden at Keystone Heritage Park is not responsible for providing event space due to inclement weather.
A deposit (one half of total amount due per contract) is due immediately to hold your date and time. The remainder is due 30 days prior to your event. In addition, a damage/clean-up deposit of $500 is due at least ten days prior to the event and is refundable unless damage occurs.
Written notice of cancellation received 90 days in advance shall result in a full refund of both deposit and damage/clean-up deposit.
Wedding with reception rates are for up to six hours including set-up and take down. All functions must end by 1 a.m.
